Play it! is for those with long-term pain & functional neurological conditions

The purpose of these sessions are to support and empower young people through music making. Whilst the sessions will be very much lead by the needs and wants of the young people, we expect the sessions to include mentoring around instrument playing, songwriting, music technology, collaboration with others and other forms of music making as appropriate to the young person. There is no need for any prior experience in music and no pressure to perform.

Each young person may be eligible for up to 12 sessions in person or on-line. We can consider further one-to-one / small group sessions if needed. Where appropriate, we will then signpost participants to music progression opportunities.
